If you don't love your purchase from Seven Threads, we will happily offer a store credit providing the following conditions have been met:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, void of any make up or odours / scents
- Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable.
- Return costs are NOT covered by Seven Threads, we recommend you get tracking on your return items as we will not be responsible for return items lost in transit.

Faulty Items and Wear and Tear Conditions

At Seven Threads, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you believe your item is faulty, we are here to help.

Faulty Items

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit if the product:

  • Has a manufacturing defect.
  • Is unsafe to use.
  • Does not match its description or purpose as advertised.

If you suspect your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, providing proof of purchase and details of the issue. Faulty items will be assessed, and we may require the item to be returned for inspection.

Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear, including fading, peeling, stretching, and minor scratches or scuffs, is not considered a fault. Items that show damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or accidental damage are also excluded from faulty item claims. Please note that items displaying wear and tear after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Process for Claims

  2. If requested, return the item to us for inspection (return shipping may be covered for confirmed faults).
  3. Once assessed, we will provide a resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
