If you don't love your purchase from Seven Threads, we will happily offer an exchange providing the following conditions have been met:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, void of any make up or odours / scents
- Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable.
- Return costs are NOT covered by Seven Threads, we recommend you get tracking on your return items as we will not be responsible for return items lost in transit.
Refunds will only be offered on faulty items
